New Grad, Entry LevelLimitless East Marketing is seeking an Admissions Assistant who will play a vital role in supporting the admissions process at the institution. This position involves handling inquiries, assisting with application processing, and providing administrative support to the admissions team.

Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Assist in the processing and review of student applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted and complete
Maintain accurate records of student applications, acceptance rates, and other key metrics in the admissions database
Organize and coordinate campus tours and information sessions for prospective students and their families
Provide support in the planning and execution of recruitment events, including open houses and college fairs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, administration, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with a diverse audience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, and familiarity with database management
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information and data
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
