Responsibilities
Handle commercial litigation matters including breach of contract, tortious interference, and breach of fiduciary duty claims
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery with precision and strong analytical focus
Take and defend depositions and argue motions
Prepare matters for trial and support trial teams as cases progress
Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues while managing discrete workstreams independently
Support matters involving intellectual property disputes where applicable
Qualification
Required
3+ years of broad-based litigation experience in a law firm environment
Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and drafting skills
Confident oral advocate with experience in motion practice and depositions
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Member of the California Bar (required)
Preferred
Experience in intellectual property litigation is a plus but not required
