Defend complex consumer class actions, including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, and consumer protection claims
Advise on matters involving California Unfair Competition Law
Draft and brief class certification and summary judgment motions
Manage written discovery and large-scale eDiscovery processes
Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
Support overall case strategy and client advisory work in high-profile disputes
Qualification
Required
Approximately 3–5 years of experience in complex litigation, with a strong focus on consumer class action defence
Experience briefing class certification and/or dispositive motions
Confident handling discovery, depositions, and case management responsibilities
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills with strong attention to detail
Collaborative, driven, and comfortable working on high-stakes matters
Admitted to practice in California or New York
