Qualification
Required
8–12 years of patent and trademark litigation experience in a law firm setting
Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy, and case management skills
Florida Bar membership (or willingness to gain admission)
Some portable business is required
Preferred
Admission to the U.S. Patent Bar
Engineering or computer science degree, or substantial experience litigating patents in technical fields
