Responsibilities
Handle complex litigation matters across state and federal courts
Draft high-quality motions, briefs, and strategic memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions and participate in key hearings
Support mediations and other dispute resolution proceedings
Manage significant aspects of cases while working closely with partners and clients
Contribute creatively to case strategy across a varied and challenging docket
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of complex litigation experience from a respected law firm
Strong academic credentials with excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Highly motivated, organised, and comfortable managing responsibility independently
Collaborative and client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
Admission to the State Bar of the intended office location is strongly preferred
