Law Practice

Responsibilities

Support the managing litigation attorney with fact gathering and case evaluations
Participate in litigation strategy development and case planning
Assist with all phases of litigation from case filing through trial or arbitration, including written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation
Prepare for and participate in mediations
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and analysis
Collaborate with team members on case management and client communications

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
3+ years of litigation experience as a licensed attorney

Ability to provide high-level support to partners and work independently
Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning

Preferred

Plaintiff-side employment law experience
Spanish language proficiency
