Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reporting
Manage project risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and issue resolution
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure ServiceNow consultants adhere to established governance, standards, and best practices
Support successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions across multiple functional areas
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2+ years in a Project Manager role
Active PMP certification
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Strong understanding of technical delivery and enterprise technology projects
Proven experience preparing detailed project plans and managing complex initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, PSDS, and CRM
Experience overseeing ServiceNow implementations or modernization efforts
Ability to ensure vendor and consulting teams follow ServiceNow best practices and platform governance
US citizenship is required
Candidates must be local to the NYC area and available to come onsite as needed

Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow modernization programs
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
