Responsibilities
Represent employers across all stages of employment and labor litigation
Handle complex California wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters
Manage litigation from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and resolution
Take and defend depositions and support trial preparation and hearings
Advise employers on evolving workplace and compliance issues
Work closely with partners and colleagues on high-stakes matters
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of California labor and employment experience
Strong background in wage and hour class actions and PAGA litigation
Admitted to practice in California (required)
Excellent academic credentials with strong writing and oral advocacy skills
Highly organised, able to manage a fast-paced workload, and proactive in anticipating issues
Consistent performance at or above 'exceeds expectations' level at your current firm
Preferred
Trial experience is advantageous but not required
AmLaw 100 experience preferred
