Inbound Business Telesales Representative
Spectrum Business is a leading provider of communication solutions, and they are seeking an Inbound Business Telesales Representative to respond to sales inquiries and drive growth through exceptional service. Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound sales calls and efficiently meet defined call handling metrics
Develop and present comprehensive sales proposals that address customer needs, maximize revenue opportunities, communicate current marketing campaigns and promotions demonstrating knowledge of competitors’ offerings for product comparisons
Maintain accurate sales activity records and customer information, collaborate with Spectrum Business support teams to complete sales using Spectrum’s databases
Recommend bundled telephony, data and video solutions alongside other Spectrum products for existing customers, assess client locations for serviceability and obtain construction estimates using company software
Educate customers on installed products, service options, billing and features to ensure clear understanding
Stay up to date on technical details of Spectrum Business services and solutions, including telephony, data, wireless and video
Consistently achieve monthly sales goals through a consultative, call-flow driven approach, attend ongoing training sessions on products and service
Follow up on customer requests via phone or email to ensure satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited organization (GED)
Proven track record as a high performing sales professional with sustained results
Read, write, speak and understand English
Working knowledge of cable communications products and services including video, data and voice
Strong customer service, professionalism and courtesy throughout sales transactions
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously such as listening, answering questions and order entry
Able to work variable hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Preferred
2+ years sales experience preferably selling Voice, Data and Video solutions in the small and mid-sized business market
2+ years Call Center sales experience preferably in a business-to-business and/or telecommunications industry
