The South Carolina Department of Corrections is seeking an Office Coordinator for the Division Director of Support Services. This role involves project management, process management, quality assurance, and supporting the division with administrative and business management activities.

Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the division director of support services & industries, support the division with project management, process management, quality assurance, associated contracts, and project deliverables through coordination with management staff and other SCDC staff to define project objectives and scope, set time- lines and ensure appropriate funding allocation for major division or agency-wide projects and initiatives
Will work closely with the division director on matters related to the administrative/business management activities, assist in preparation and monitoring of division budget, create quality management plans, develop & maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and carry out special projects & perform other assignments as directed by the division director
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience
A bachelor's degree in relevant field with two (2) years of business management or administrative experience
An associate's degree in relevant field with four (4) years of business management or administrative experience
A high school diploma with six (6) years of business management or administrative experience
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire
