Direct and evaluate AI-generated voice performances for accuracy, authenticity, and emotional expressiveness
Provide expert guidance on accents, dialects, and regional speech patterns for AI voice models
Collaborate with AI developers and product teams to refine voice synthesis systems and training data
Develop and document best practices for pronunciation, modulation, pacing, and emotional delivery
Deliver precise, actionable feedback to improve AI voice quality in fast-paced pilot environments
Produce clear written and verbal analyses of voice outputs and progress
Participate in intensive mini-pilot sessions to ensure audio descriptions meet professional standards
Qualification
Required
Proven professional experience as a voice coach, with strong expertise in voice acting, accents, and dialects
Demonstrated experience in voice directing for audio, media, or performance-based projects
Strong understanding of phonetics, speech patterns, and linguistic nuances
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Ability to provide clear, structured feedback under tight timelines
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams
