Responsibilities
You will translate client ICPs, buyer personas, creative briefs and initial concepts into static, motion or short-form video creatives, and into landing pages
You’ll own the entire design process from first draft version to pixel-perfect execution. You will be responsible for creating assets designed to drive real results for our B2B clients
You will collaborate with senior PPC specialists to gather the data and inputs for your design decisions. You’ll use these to guide your next steps, identify improvements and improve performance
You’ll constantly sharpen your skills and knowledge in conversion-focused design, user experience (UX), and B2B performance marketing, becoming a true expert in what makes creatives and landing pages effective
You have the ambition and potential to become a Head of Performance Design department, set quality standards and internal design systems
Qualification
Required
You have a strong background in B2B performance design with a proven portfolio
Your portfolio must feature a strong collection of high-performing LinkedIn ad creatives (static, motion, and video) and conversion-focused landing page designs
You have excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English
You're highly organized and detail-oriented – you can manage multiple client projects, adhere to brand guidelines, and deliver pixel-perfect work on time
You can be articulate and persuasive, clearly explaining the strategic reasoning behind your design choices
You have a data-informed mindset – you are driven by metrics and understand how your designs directly impact results
You're a proactive and self-driven person who takes ownership of your projects and delivers high-quality work without needing to be micromanaged
You're a curious person who's always seeking inspiration and trying to improve your skills
A large part of our team is based in UTC+2. You should be able to overlap with us for at least 2 to 3 hours each working day
