Addressing inquiries from customers related to driver licensing and motor vehicle transactions
Managing calls from third-party customer advocates associated with the Pennsylvania General Assembly
Analyzing detailed driver licensing and motor vehicle records to provide accurate responses to customer questions
Conducting examinations and data entry for driver licensing and motor vehicle applications
Researching and assessing discrepancies in driver licensing and vehicle records, determining the necessary actions to resolve complex issues
Engaging in all aspects of driver licensing and vehicle registration processing, including maintenance and corrections
Overseeing the management of fee waivers, reconciling the cash drawer, and addressing any outstanding discrepancies in compliance with established auditing standards
Qualification
Required
One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must be able to perform essential job functions
A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports
This position requires the selected candidate to undergo and pass a Fingerprint and Name-Based Criminal History Check prior to employment
