Qualification
Required
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
3+ years of experience in patent litigation, including district court and/or International Trade Commission (ITC) matters
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
Professionalism in client interactions
Admission to practice law in California
Preferred
Preferred technology background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
