Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Manage and support all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Draft briefs, pleadings, and memoranda with a high degree of precision and strategic insight
Conduct in-depth legal research and contribute to case strategy and client communications
Work closely with partners on contract, fraud, fiduciary duty, and merger-related disputes
Gain exposure to cybersecurity and data privacy litigation, with opportunities for cross-practice collaboration
Qualification
Required
Class years 2018–2023 from a top-tier law firm
Experience in commercial litigation with strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex matters in a fast-paced environment
Admitted to the Illinois Bar (or eligible for admission)
Preferred
Exposure to cybersecurity or data privacy disputes is advantageous but not essential
