Vice President of Marketing
PATH is on a mission to create a sustainable future by becoming the go-to bottled water brand that helps break the addiction to single-use plastic. The Vice President of Marketing will lead and operationalize the marketing function, ensuring effective execution across various marketing channels while building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day execution of all marketing functions, ensuring alignment with company priorities, timelines, and goals
Build, optimize, and scale marketing systems, workflows, and operating rhythms to support global growth
Own the marketing budget and P&L in partnership with Marketing Operations; optimize spend for maximum ROI and brand impact
Lead executive-level planning and collaboration with Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership
Lead brand positioning, omnichannel campaigns, and consumer engagement initiatives across all digital and physical touchpoints
Partner with PR agencies to drive earned media and brand visibility; ensure consistent storytelling across events, partnerships, and owned platforms
Oversee influencer, community, and partnership strategies to build brand love and position PATH at the center of the sustainability movement
Guide product marketing strategy in partnership with the CMO; oversee positioning, messaging, and launch execution for new innovations
Ensure clear, consistent product narratives across website, retail displays, training materials, and partner channels
Develop tools, guides, and resources to ensure marketing excellence at every touchpoint of the product journey
Lead retail merchandising, shopper marketing, and trade marketing strategy to drive sales at the shelf
Oversee trade shows, field marketing, and high-impact experiential activations
Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing strategies directly support revenue growth and customer success
Define dashboards and reporting structures to measure campaign performance and resource allocation
Use data to continuously improve effectiveness, balancing creative intuition with rigorous analytical decision-making
Lead, hire, and develop high-performing marketing talent
Foster a culture of ownership, creativity, accountability, humility, and continuous improvement
Mentor and create clear development pathways for the team
Set expectations for excellence while maintaining a collaborative, mission-driven environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in high-growth Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or beverage brands
Proven Track Record: Experience scaling brands from regional presence to national retail footprints (e.g., Target, Walmart, Whole Foods)
Leadership Depth: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial impact
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and interpret data to drive strategy
Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
