1+ years expEkster® is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their team and assist in maintaining financial operations. The role involves handling transactions, supporting financial reporting, and improving financial processes within a dynamic E-Commerce environment.

Responsibilities
Leading accounts payable and receivable, making sure invoices and payments are processed smoothly
Assisting with month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and journal entries
Preparing and reviewing financial reports to ensure everything is accurate and up to date
Working with different teams to improve financial processes and support audits when needed
Qualification
Required
Have a min. of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Have 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance
Have strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting
Get a kick out of working with Excel, love crunching numbers and have excellent analytical skills
Are accurate, reliable and enjoy working on multiple tasks at the same time
You are fluent in English
You are available for 32 to 40 hrs per week
You are set up to work as a contractor in your country of residence
