Responsibilities
Receive, log, and process commercial/residential plan submissions
Conduct quality control of applications, plans, and workflows
Coordinate multidisciplinary plan reviews and applicant support
Manage archiving of reviewed plans under County retention guidelines
Serve as ProjectDox/ePlan system coordinator
Provide technical assistance and respond to plan review inquiries
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Coursework in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Civil Engineering
Four (4) years of para‐professional engineering experience (or equivalent)
Must meet U.S. work authorization requirements; E‐Verify participation applies
Valid state‐issued driver's license
Pre‐employment background checks and drug screening required
Essential employee expected to report during emergencies and non‐standard hours
