Responsibilities
Assist in the delivery of our product: excellent design, construction document production and coordination so that it is clearly understood by clients, governing authorities, and construction workers
Create 3D models using Revit, following KWA production standards
Assist project teams with graphic design, administrative and organizational tasks
Revise documents per markups by team
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in Architecture required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly, retain information, and apply knowledge to projects
Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas
Proficient in Revit
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
No relevant experience required
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Preferred experience in Enscape and/or Lumion
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
