Responsibilities
Lead Regional Strategy: Oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance; set and execute strategic plans to meet aggressive growth and performance goals
Inspire High-Performing Teams: Directly lead Treatment Center Directors; coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable for results
Operational Ownership: Monitor financial performance, optimize budgets, and proactively resolve issues to ensure sustainability and profitability
Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to federal, state, and company policies while prioritizing exceptional patient care
Drive Access & Growth: Expand patient access, retention, and community engagement across your portfolio
Collaborate with Executive Leadership: Partner with national leaders to align regional execution with organizational priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of senior-level healthcare operations experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment
Proven success managing multi-site operations and leading cross-functional teams
Strong financial acumen and operational insight
Adept at driving cultural transformation, team engagement, and measurable outcomes
Willingness to travel 75%
