Integration Control Document Lead
Seneca Resources is a staffing and consulting firm that partners with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to government organizations. They are seeking a Senior Integration Architect to lead the design and delivery of system integrations across complex enterprise platforms, serving as the design authority for Integration Control Documents and driving technical alignment across teams.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of system integrations across complex enterprise platforms
Own Integration Control Documents (ICDs) and drive technical alignment across business, architecture, and development teams
Lead integration design sessions, resolve cross-system dependencies, and escalate risks proactively
Support integration testing (SIT, regression, performance, end-to-end) and production cutovers
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in systems integration design and architecture
Proven ownership and authorship of Integration Control Documents (ICDs)
Strong experience with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), event-driven architectures, batch and file-based interfaces
Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Infor ION Gateway
Deep understanding of data modeling, data mapping, and transformation logic
Ability to lead integration design sessions, resolve cross-system dependencies, and escalate risks proactively
Experience supporting integration testing (SIT, regression, performance, end-to-end) and production cutovers
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical, business, finance, and IT stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working in federal contracting or other regulated environments
Hands-on SQL and data analysis experience
Experience developing integration playbooks and operational handoff documentation
