New Grad, Entry LevelBest In Boating is seeking a motivated and organized candidate to be trained in Slip Leasing for all marinas on Lake Allatoona. This role involves approximately 50% customer service and 50% accounting responsibilities, including interaction with boaters, managing contracts, and handling accounts receivables and payables.

Responsibilities
Interaction with boaters to market and rent Slips
Negotiate and complete contracts
Explain marina policy to customers
Accept payments
Explain account balances
Direct inquiries to the appropriate department
Accounts Receivables
Accounts Payable
Billing
Various utilization of our computer system to include customer setup, scheduling boat launch/retrieval, data input and special projects as required
Qualification
Required
Familiar with office type PC software such as Word, Outlook and Excel
High school diploma or GED
Ability to communicate effectively
Preferred
Property Management experience
Experience in self-storage, apartment/condo, campground or hotel industries
