Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships that promote retention and loyalty
Manage renewal processes and ensure timely contract completion
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling existing accounts
Coordinate internally to ensure the delivery of products and services that meet client expectations
Respond to inquiries and resolve escalated issues efficiently and professionally
Provide account status reports, renewal forecasts, and customer feedback to leadership
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a commercial role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication, listening, and relationship management skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems
