Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support to travelers via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries regarding travel itineraries
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
Educate customers about travel policies, procedures, and available services
Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and improve service delivery
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
Familiarity with booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Preferred
A degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in the travel industry
