Responsibilities
Responsible for collection of payments at various drop box locations, including water haul locations
Responsible for repairs at various water haul locations
Coordinates and provides courier service to multiple departments
Maintains weekly inventory and cleanliness of trucks and equipment
Records data in the work order system and completes appropriate paperwork for tracking purposes
Assist Customer Service Field Representatives with duties such as water shut offs
Assist Meter Shop Representatives with testing, repairing and changing out meters
Ensures compliance with all company policies, including but not limited to safety concerns and incident reporting
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
1 year customer service experience
Valid Driver's License
Ability to maintain effective, fair, cooperative, collaborative and respectful relationships with internal and external colleagues, peers, work teams and workgroups
Ability to gain working knowledge of the entire distribution system
Ability to work alone efficiently, using time management skills
Ability to work with various computer software
