Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement systems or system changes to meet business needs
Provide functional support of applications within the technology team
Manage project development and implementation, including defining functional requirements, coordinating application testing, and supporting project rollouts
Assist support staff in investigating and resolving application issues
Work with business units to define, analyze, design, and document business processes and related applications
Coordinate changes with other applications and ensure compliance with functional and architectural standards
Prepare technical procedures, documentation, manuals, reports, and training materials
Maintain technical knowledge of industry trends and infrastructure best practices
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics
5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
7 years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree
Self-directed, dependable, and able to produce high-quality work on time
Strong technical decision-making skills
Contribute to team collaboration and cohesion
Excellent listening and communication skills, able to clarify requirements and understand client needs
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable working with diverse groups
Strong presentation and training abilities, able to convey technical information clearly
Able to use communication technology (email, voicemail, internet) effectively while balancing face-to-face interactions
Able to read audience reactions and adjust delivery style accordingly
