Responsibilities
Translate production orders into precise cuts across a range of printed substrates
Operate cutting machinery and CNC routing equipment to execute custom, detailed cuts
Confirm that all prerequisite fabrication is complete before starting the cut
Follow cut priorities established by leadership to keep workflow on track
Flag any signage-related concerns and immediately report equipment issues to management/maintenance
Maintain strict safety and housekeeping standards
Operate a forklift as required by site expectations
Assist other teams and take on additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
6+ months of experience with cutting and router machines
Meticulous, organized, and detail‑oriented with a track record of high accuracy under load
Deadline‑driven; skilled at preventing and mitigating workflow disruptions
Solid grasp of basic math, including fractions and percentages
Ability to pass a basic skills assessment
English fluency for reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for the full shift
Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one for forklift certification (as required)
Willingness to work weekends and overtime
Safety-conscious; effective working solo with minimal supervision
Creative mindset for non-standard problems
