Responsibilities

Providing support to the Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules specifically including troubleshooting system defects, administration, configuration, reporting, testing, and new developments/releases
Supporting the development of systems specifications, design and development from the end user perspective
Serves as a strategic liaison between IT development teams and business units, facilitating the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise systems
Assessing new applications, understanding evolving business needs, and defining system requirements to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals
Analyzing business processes, evaluating new technologies, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing recommendations for system improvements or alternatives
Preparing and delivering communication materials, system documentation, and presentations to stakeholders regarding proposed enhancements, solution options, and implementation impacts

Required

At least 2 years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence experience in this capacity with multiple country (US/Canada) and multiple plans and unions
Educational requirements (IT, Business, MIS, etc.)
Years of experience as BA/Systems Analyst
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Communication and presentation skills
Stakeholder management
Documentation and organizational skills
Agile/Scrum or Waterfall working experience
Tools like: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Visio, Lucidchart, MS Project, etc

Preferred

Preferred certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Scrum, ITIL, etc.)
