Partner with the Production Supervisor to coach, train, and develop staff and volunteers
Lead daily sorting operations for clothing and hard goods
Ensure production goals are met without sacrificing quality
Maintain accurate records of production and performance metrics
Support positive employee relations and a healthy team culture
Organize inventory and maintain supply readiness
Keep leadership informed of key updates and challenges
Model a strong safety mindset and promote safe practices
Maintain reliable, in-person attendance
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of warehouse or retail experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of clothing types, categories, and brands
Ability to lift 30 lbs., stand, bend, and move throughout the day
A calm and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
A passion for the Mission and Vision of the organization
Preferred
Prior leadership experience
High school diploma or GED
