Responsibilities
Lead the identification, qualification, and acquisition of OEMs and Product Companies clients serving indoor or outdoor applications
Target manufacturers to sell our "one-stop" value proposition, helping clients with Ready-To-Go Platform (Ready Hardware Modules, Gateways, Software, Apps, Connectivity, AWS Cloud, Sensors, Various Controllers), all software and hardware design services, Certification, setting up product manufacturing, QA, and operations
Develop and implement strategic plans to create and scale distribution and dealer networks for our turnkey solutions
Apply innovative wireless controls, long-range mesh, and cloud implementations to solve complex client problems
Use CRM and bring existing network OEMs, product companies as potential clients, and further build the pipeline
Create a sales representatives network
Partner with resellers and distributors
Produce new outbound campaigns for webinars and drive attendance that will influence pipeline generation
Work with IoT thought leaders in the industry to bring attention to the MeshTek platform
Qualification
Required
Must have requirement of having experience in IOT Solution Sales
10+ years of experience in sales and business development is required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing and business development in the IoT PLATFORM market and bringing clients for the platform adoption
3 years of experience in smart lighting or industrial automation solutions is required
Working knowledge of all building blocks in turnkey IoT solutions including IoT wireless connectivity, hardware, applications, cloud, and analytics
Education: Electronics / Computers engineering along with business development background is a minimum requirement
Tech Savvy: Passion for wireless automation, control, and smart technology
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation creation and delivery skills
Agility: A quick learner who can step up and take ownership of work to get things done
Preferred
Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time
