Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and scheduling Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest content
Help organize portfolio images, captions, hashtags, and alt text
Support basic video tasks such as gathering images for content creation, trimming clips, formatting for Reels/TikTok, and exporting assets
Track posted content and maintain internal content calendars
Help organize Dropbox folders, asset libraries, and naming systems
Assist with compiling credits for portfolio posts (stylists, photographers, brands, talent)
Help prepare documents, checklists, or trackers used internally
Learn how a styling agency operates behind the scenes
Gain exposure to commercial and editorial production workflows
Receive guidance on professional creative standards, communication, and organization
Learn how social media strategy connects to client acquisition and brand positioning
Gain real experience on sets with stylists and production teams when able
Learn how to utilize SEO, AEO, and GEO on web and social

Required

Strong communication
Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing
Creative and comfortable creating short-form video content
Comfort using Instagram and TikTok professionally

Willingness to learn systems and follow clear processes
Reliable, punctual, and responsive

Preferred

Interest in fashion, styling, or visual production
Experience organizing files or managing spreadsheets
Familiarity with LinkedIn or Pinterest
