Design and lead our machine-learning systems across ranking, reputation modeling, adversarial resistance, large-scale inference, and behavioral signal extraction
Recruit and manage elite AI engineers and researchers
Define our data pipelines, training strategies, and evaluation frameworks
Work directly with the founder to translate vision into production-grade systems used by millions
Qualification
Required
Deep experience in ML systems, applied AI, or large-scale data platforms
Strong opinions about architecture and governance
Comfort operating in zero-to-one environments
