Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and follow-through
Engage in outside sales to generate new leads and expand the client base
Assess client needs and recommend the right insurance products and coverages
Use negotiation and sales skills to close business and ensure client satisfaction
Support marketing initiatives to strengthen lead generation and brand awareness
Manage sales documentation, follow-ups, and accurate client records
Provide bilingual or multilingual support to serve a diverse customer base
Stay informed on insurance trends, regulations, and product offerings to guide clients confidently
Qualification
Required
Proven success in insurance sales, retail sales, or related producer roles
Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client interactions
Preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities
Experience in telemarketing, direct sales, or benefits-related insurance environments
Familiarity with benefits administration or insurance compliance processes
