Security Equipment Supply (SES) is an independent distributor of low-voltage electronics, committed to modernizing operations and enhancing employee experiences. They are seeking a Senior Manager, People & Culture to drive people strategy execution, oversee HR operations, and foster a culture of accountability and growth.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute People & Culture strategies aligned with company goals
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance management
Build and promote programs that drive engagement, compensation, and recognition
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders while protecting the business and advocating for employees
Ensure compliance, manage risk, and standardize HR processes with scalability in mind
Lead, develop, and inspire a small HR team and external partners
Qualification
Required
7–10 years progressive HR/People leadership experience
Confident, self-assertive decision-maker who owns outcomes
Strong attention to detail—someone who doesn't miss things
High sense of urgency with the ability to juggle competing priorities
Persuasive and collaborative—able to influence while supporting
Comfortable handling tough conversations with fairness and respect
Preferred
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) strongly preferred
