Responsibilities

Handle client service issues in a timely manner, including eligibility updates (additions, changes, terminations, ID card requests, etc.)
Assist with the benefits quoting process for small groups (under 50 employees), including requesting quotes, submitting initial and follow-up documentation, and completing spreadsheets
Complete benchmarks and request carrier claims and utilization reports as needed by Brokers and Account Management staff
Compile renewal presentation booklets, prepare client communications, and process client activities and documents in Brokerage Builder (agency software)
Scan paper documents into electronic client files and perform other administrative support duties as assigned

Required

High School diploma required (college-level coursework preferred); licensure not required
2–4 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in Benefits Administration or Human Resources
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently as a self-starter
Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills; highly detail-oriented and able to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling PHI and sensitive information
