Floating Member Service Representative I

Our Community Credit Union is dedicated to empowering members and strengthening communities. They are seeking a Floating Member Service Representative I to support multiple branches by assisting members with financial transactions and delivering exceptional service.

Financial Services

Responsibilities

Deliver professional, efficient teller services (deposits, withdrawals, payments, cashier's checks)
Balance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies
Assist members with account questions, updates, and transactions
Recommend OURCU products and services that meet members' needs
Protect member information and maintain confidentiality
Travel between branches for coverage, training, and team collaboration
Contribute to a positive, supportive branch environment

Qualification

Customer service experienceCash handlingCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsBilingual skills

Required

High school diploma or GED required
6 months-2 years of customer or member service experience (cash handling preferred)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed
Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and conduct

Preferred

Bilingual skills a plus
