The Technical Administrator will support both strategic administrative functions and technical documentation needs, managing program operations including budget coordination, database management, and leading the creation of technical proposals and project reports.

Responsibilities
Coordinate budget processes and financial tracking for multiple projects
Manage organizational memberships, invoices, and association communications
Oversee updates to databases across platforms and assist with external reporting
Draft letters of support and manage NDA workflows
Support capital and resource requests for new initiatives
Assist with drafting and editing solicitations and grant proposals
Coordinate proposal submissions, ensuring compliance with submission requirements
Collaborate with technical teams to collect data and track deliverables
Coordinate contract routing, approvals, and execution tracking
Support contract compliance by monitoring deliverables, reporting deadlines, and renewal timelines
Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and internal guidance documents
Translate technical input from engineers and chemists into clear written materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in technical or professional writing, project management, or related field and 2+ years' experience
Master's degree in technical or professional writing, project management, or related field and 0+ years' experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience
