Street Based Program Manager
Good Life Youth Foundation is seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Manager to join their Street Based Program. The role involves overseeing programming, engaging with community partners, and advocating for at-risk youth and their families in Syracuse.

Responsibilities
Provide overall oversight of street-based programming and daily operations
Manage Program Coordinator(s) and support LEED Coaches in advocacy, engagement planning, and service delivery
Ensure youth engagements, outings, and individualized plans are planned, coordinated, and aligned with program outcomes
Manage key partner relationships to ensure effective access to resources and services
Participate in required trainings and ongoing professional development
Oversee youth intake, caseload distribution, and case management processes
Ensure timely development and implementation of goal-oriented individualized plans
Monitor provision of resources and removal of barriers impacting youth participation
Supervise and guide court, school, and workplace advocacy for youth
Oversee restorative cyphers and cohort-based engagements
Identify and support professional development needs for program staff
Ensure transportation, safety, and program requirements are met during engagements
Oversee fiscal planning and resource allocation for daily and monthly youth engagements
Ensure timely expense reporting by street-based staff
Submit program budgets for approval in coordination with the Chief Operating Officer
Collaborate with leadership to identify sustainable funding opportunities
Monitor engagement documentation and attendance records in the Good Life database
Ensure timely completion of youth intake, case management, and reporting requirements
Coordinate with the Chief Operating Officer on accurate and timely program reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with at-risk youth in a mentoring, coaching, or program leadership capacity
At least 2-3 years of experience working with racially diverse youth
At least 2-3 years of experience with budget and fiscal operations
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
Proficiency with using data tracking systems for documentation, tracking, and reporting
Must pass required background checks and clearances
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Degree in education, social work, sociology, psychology, or a related field
Knowledge of youth development principles and behavior management strategies
Familiarity with local community dynamics, partners, and resources
