They are seeking high-achieving Sophomores and Juniors for a fully remote Investment Banking Analyst Internship, where interns will gain exposure to live deals and contribute directly to the firm's operations.

Responsibilities
Support partners in preparing Pitch Decks, Teasers, and New Business Memos
Assist in building and maintaining valuation models (DCF, Comps, Precedent Transactions)
Join live founder/investor calls to document key insights, deal points, and follow-up items
Leverage Pitchbook to screen for targets, map buyer landscapes, and support origination efforts
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a Sophomore or Junior in a Finance, Economics, or Business program (3.5+ GPA preferred)
You must have active personal or university access to Pitchbook
Able to commit 15–20 hours per week remotely
Strong proficiency in Excel (modeling) and PowerPoint
Professional maturity to handle sensitive client information
