The Head of Founder & Venture Partnerships will be responsible for building relationships with VCs and accelerators, generating warm introductions for founders, and positioning Markeltree as a trusted partner in product and technical decisions.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with VCs, accelerators, incubators, venture studios & coworking spaces
Position Markeltree as a trusted product & technical partner
Generate warm founder introductions (not cold leads)
Run Founder Office Hours, MVP reviews, and AI readiness sessions
Be present at startup events, demo days, and ecosystem gatherings in Miami
Qualify founders before they enter a sales conversation
Sales happen as a byproduct of trust — not pitching
Qualification
Required
U.S. work authorization required
Strong ties to the startup / VC / accelerator ecosystem (Miami preferred)
Credibility with founders and investors
High judgment, low ego, long-term mindset
