Responsibilities
Design and implement application-level UX for mission-critical AI systems used in high-stakes environments
Focus on real products in production, including complex workflows, dashboards, and data-dense interfaces
Collaborate with engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance required
Experience designing shipped software applications or products
Portfolio with case studies demonstrating end-to-end product design
Experience with complex or enterprise systems
Proficiency with Figma and design systems
Strong collaboration with engineering teams
Portfolio required. Branding-only or marketing-focused work will not be considered
Preferred
Creative agency experience welcome if you've shipped application or product design work
