Systems Operator / Revenue Operations
Homely specializes in helping homeowners sell their homes quickly and effortlessly, offering a seamless and stress-free process. They are seeking a high-agency systems operator who enjoys solving problems with limited information and will be responsible for owning operational systems across sales, coaching, and internal tooling.

Responsibilities
You will own operational systems across sales, coaching, and internal tooling
Build and fix Salesforce and GoHighLevel dashboards
Weekly KPIs
Revenue and cash collected per rep
Design commission tracking systems for commission-only sales reps
Build Zapier automations, including:
Whop / Elective payments → onboarding emails → Skool access
Alerts to internal chats when calls come in
Activate and audit Salesforce drip campaigns
Maintain accurate client tagging in GoHighLevel
Training our AI brain with transcripts
Uploading sales calls and resources
Miscellaneous high-impact tasks as they arise
Qualification
Required
C1-level English required (written and spoken). You will communicate daily in English with leadership and team members
Exceptional problem-solving ability
High comfort with ambiguity
Strong technical aptitude
Experience with or ability to rapidly learn: Salesforce
Experience with or ability to rapidly learn: GoHighLevel
Experience with or ability to rapidly learn: Zapier
Experience with or ability to rapidly learn: Skool
Experience with or ability to rapidly learn: Payment platforms (Whop, Elective, Stripe-like tools)
High attention to data accuracy and system reliability
Preferred
Revenue Operations, Automation, or Technical Ops background
Startup or fast-growth experience
Experience building commission systems
Familiarity with AI tools, transcripts, or knowledge bases
