They are seeking a Director of Business Development to lead and scale their sales organization from their Atlanta headquarters, focusing on building structure and driving accountability in sales processes.

Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales representatives
Lead weekly performance reviews and enforce KPI accountability
Implement structured sales processes and CRM discipline
Monitor pipeline health and optimize deal progression
Support representatives in complex client scenarios
Contribute to strategic expansion initiatives
Collaborate with executive leadership on growth planning
Help build a strong in-office sales culture and leadership presence
Qualification
Required
Experience building or scaling a sales team
Strong performance management background
Systems-oriented leadership style
Comfortable managing independent sales reps
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on leadership
Ability to work in-office in Atlanta, GA
Preferred
Healthcare, diagnostics, or medical sales experience preferred
