Responsibilities

The Cath Lab CVT Charge, under the direction the of the director/manager person, monitors procedures, including all diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral studies as well as structural heart procedures, and works as a scrub assistant

The CVT Charge also assists with education and mentoring of students and new hires within the cath lab environment and facilitates the delivery of quality, safe patient care

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive SpecialistRegistered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology SpecialistAssociate's Degree in Cardiovascular TechnologyFL Certified Radiologic Technologist licenseBLSACLSTeamworkMentoring

Required

Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or Respiratory Therapy

Minimum of five (5) years' experience

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire)

Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire)

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification OR Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification (Required within 12 months of hire if no degree in the applicable fields)

BLS

ACLS

FL Certified Radiologic Technologist license with valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification

FL Registered Respiratory Therapist license with valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification
