Responsibilities
Host and participate in recreational and entertainment programs for kids and families
Serve as master of ceremonies to motivate and entertain guests
Perform functions in various venues throughout the ship
Qualification
Required
Two years master of ceremonies or professional entertainment (theatre, music, dance, comedy, etc.) experience with resorts, cruise lines, entertainment or recreational industries required
At least one year experience working with children in a theatre, dance, recreational and educational settings
Completion of high school or basic education equivalency required
Preferred
Degree from a college or university in theatre, performance, recreational, dance or education preferred
Activity class offerings preferred: dance instruction, craft classes, fitness classes, singing, etc
Ability to provide a special talent or skill as a personal specialty class preferred
