They are seeking an experienced HR/Office Manager with a CNA or HHA background to oversee office operations, manage caregiver schedules, and ensure effective communication between clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities
Manage the hiring process for caregivers, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure adequate coverage for clients’ needs
Conduct orientations for new caregivers, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed about company policies and procedures
Oversee day-to-day office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office organization
Act as a liaison between clients and caregivers, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction on both sides
Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide support and guidance to caregivers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualification
Required
CNA or HHA certification or equivalent experience in healthcare is required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of caregivers and clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Previous experience in HR, office management, or scheduling is preferred
