Trade Marketing Manager II
McCormick & Company is a leader in herbs, spices, seasonings, and condiments, and they are seeking a Trade Marketing Manager II to bridge Field Sales and Marketing. This role involves leading strategic sales promotion plans, managing a significant portfolio, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve national business goals.

Responsibilities
Manage ~$450MM portfolio in annual sales
Participate in the annual brand planning process. Own translating strategic direction from Marketing (annual and ad hoc) into national and market category/brand specific execution for deployment to Field Sales
Actively provides insights and participate in joint planning sessions with Field Sales to ensure on comprehensive plan
Develop incremental marketing/trade fund programs and launch these programs to Field Sales
Resolution of various, often unique Sales and Customer issues related to Sales, Production, Supply Chain and Marketing
Aid with the development of new product launches
Participate in new item and promotion forecast to ensure customer service needs are met; includes working with Marketing and Supply Chain via the IBP process
Work with Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Management and Shopper Marketing and other cross-functional partners on strategic initiatives related to major customer sales opportunities
Deliver monthly and ad hoc reporting for trade, innovation and other business needs
Assist in managing inventory and production needs as necessary
Attends strategic customer meets 2-4 times per year to assist in the sell-in process of category programming and innovation
Participate in the hiring process as needed
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics or other related fields
6+ years of consumer product goods experience with at least 2+ years of direct customer selling experience
Experience working in CPG industry sector and competitive landscape
Excellent planning and organizational skills. Will be required to manage multiple projects at the same time while managing day to day tasks and objectives
Must be proficient in Microsoft office including excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to work with large data sets including pulling and interpreting data independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will be required to present to large groups of people virtually and in person
Valid driver's license
Ability to relocate for future advancement
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
