Dynamics CRM QA Lead
DysrupIT is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM QA Lead to define and drive quality assurance strategies for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. This role is responsible for leading QA activities across functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring high-quality delivery of CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities for Dynamics 365 CRM projects
Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for CRM solutions
Oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Validate Dynamics CRM configurations, customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrations
Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
Manage defect tracking, triage, prioritization, and resolution
Ensure testing coverage for security, data integrity, and performance
Mentor and guide QA team members
Provide test execution status, metrics, and quality reports
Support release readiness, go-live, and post-deployment validation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CRM testing, including Sales, Customer Service, or related modules
Strong experience leading QA or testing teams
Solid understanding of CRM business processes and data models
Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing approaches
Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and API testing
Experience using test management and defect tracking tools
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
