Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for key customers
Manage orders from entry to shipment with speed, accuracy, and follow‑through
Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Production & Quality to keep projects moving
Communicate quickly and clearly with customers and internal teams
Deliver fast, transparent updates on timelines, changes, and solutions
Keep customer data, forecasts, and inventory records organized and current
Jump into meetings, calls, and cross‑functional tasks at a moment’s notice
Stay ahead of issues with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset
Qualification
Required
The ability to move quickly while staying extremely organized
Comfort switching between tasks, teams, and priorities all day long
Exceptional communication skills, both internal and customer-facing
Strong written and verbal skills with a professional, polished demeanor
Experience in customer service or account management (manufacturing/CPG a plus)
Excel/Office skills; ERP experience helpful
