Responsibilities

Handle printing, faxing, mail, copying, filing, and email/messages
Sort and triage mail; maintain e-mail and other address directories
Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials
Responsible for updating data entry
Assist with presentation charts
Maintains and completes travel documents
Maintains an ongoing dialogue and working relationship with staff from other departments to ensure needs and problems are quickly communicated, identified, and resolved
Assist with scheduling

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of work-related experience
